Overview of The PROFESSIONAL WET CLEANING COMMERCIALIZATION PROGRAM: Requirements and Funding

Program Description: Provides financial incentives (see table below), training and social marketing planning.

To Qualify, Cleaners Must:

Switch completely from Perc Dry Cleaning
Be a dedicated professional wet cleaning plant
Buy all necessary pieces of equipment (washer, dryer, tensioning equipment)
Act as a demonstration site for the duration of the contract, requiring that they be open for workshops and individual tours

Potential funding:

Demonstration Program Funds CARB Funds (convert from perc to qualify) Total $ (including CARB funds if cleaners switch from Perc)
