Please send us a letter or print out and complete the Transcript Request Form in the form section of the Registrar homepage with:

  • Your name (Name under which you attended Occidental College as well as your current name)

  • Your current address and phone number

  • Your dates of attendance at Occidental College

  • Your social security number

  • The address you wish us to send the transcripts

  • Your signature (required)

The cost of transcripts is $5.00 per transcript. If paying by check, please make it payable to Occidental College.  Please also include your current address and phone number. Transcripts are processed and mailed within five working days after we receive your request.

We also have a RUSH service.  Transcripts are processed and mailed 24 hours after we receive your request.  The cost of a rush transcript is $5.00 per transcript plus an additional $10.00 fee per transcript.

If you want to FAX your request payment would have to be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or Discover only). We will need your credit card number and expiration date and the name as it appears on your credit card. Please include the information requested and be sure to include your signature.
