Occidental has a generous, selective summer research program
that provides a small stipend and affordable room and board for students
to work on research projects for 10 weeks throughout the summer. Students must
submit a research proposal in early Spring and secure IRB approval before the summer.

Grant-Funded Projects
The psychology department also has ongoing research projects funded
by grants, for specific laboratories. Some projects provide opportunties for students
to assist in research. Please check with particular professors if you are interested in
learning more.
