Professor Rodríguez teaches Introductory Psychology, Experimental Psychology, Visions of Love and Community, and Social Psychology. She recently introduced the Intergroup Dialogue Program, a sequence of courses that emphasize Racial and gender Identity, social conflict, and political attitudes concerning difference and coalition building. These courses link her teaching, mentoring, and research interests in the area of intergroup relations. Experiential learning pedagogy and peer facilitator training are also key features of Dialogue. Dr. Rodriguez is also affiliated with the American Studies major at Occidental.
