On Saturday, April 7, 2007, the college sponsored a field trip for interested Physics students to visit the desert windmills near Palm Springs. This was a great opportunity to see alternative energy sources at work. It was a windy day - perfect for seeing the windmills in action. (Click here to see a movie of the field trip!) Lunch in Palm Springs was a lot of fun too!
