LATTER-DAY SAINTS STUDENT ASSOCIATION

The mission of the LDSSA at Oxy is to examine the lives and apply the teachings of the Savior Jesus Christ and His prophets through scripture study, dialogue, meditation, and prayer. This is done in order to help all students enhance their awareness of, insight into and confidence with the atonement of the Jesus Christ. Participants are strongly encouraged to develop their intellectual capacities in order to serve selflessly for the benefit and welfare of all of God's children regardless of race, creed, or choice of sexual orientation.

"The glory of God is intelligence, or, in other words, light and truth."
-(Doctrine and Covenants 93:36)

Advisor: Christie Frandsen, christiefrandsen@oxy.edu
Institute Teacher: Dick Ray Paulsen, paulsenDR@ldschurch.org

Institute is held Wednesday at 7:00 p.m. at 1524 Canada Blvd, Glendale while church meetings are Sunday, 11:30 a.m. at 1101 N. Central Avenue, Glendale.
