Perli Pelzig

Born in Poland (1912), educated in Germany, and
for years an artist, teacher and archeologist in Israel, Perli Pelzig came to the United States in 1956. His American works include stained glass, mosaics, sgraffito, tapestries, enamel and sculpture and may be found in Atlanta, New York, Miami, Los Angeles, Toronto and Nova Scotia. The Southern California Chapter of the American Institute of Architects has awarded him two Triennial Fine Arts Awards.

 


Ladd and Kelsey

Thornton Ladd and John Kelsey were educated in
Southern California and have practiced architecture as partners in Pasadena since 1959. In addition to many commercial buildings, their commissions have included the Methodist Chapel at La Verne, the Pasadena Art Museum and the California Institute of the Arts.
