Placing Items on Reserve

Purchase requests for Reserve items should be submitted as early as possible as some items may take 3-6 weeks to receive and process.

ILL and LINK+ loans may not be put on Reserve.

Faculty are responsible for compliance with Copyright and Fair Use at Occidental College.

For Course Reserve guidelines and to request materials to be put on reserve, please complete the NEW form and forward to ereserve@oxy.edu.

Items are placed on Reserve in the order received. Allow 2-3 work days for normal processing. Check your Moodle course page to see when materials have been processed.
