Page Review Process

Web site users: If you find bad links, factual errors, or other problems with pages on this site, please contact us using the Comments and Suggestions link at the bottom of each page.  Often we aren't aware of a problem until you point it out to us.  Thank you for your interest and your help.

Reviewers: Except for archival pages (e.g. pages for one-time classes), you should check your pages at least once a year -- more frequently for heavily used pages. Please take the following steps before updating the review date at the bottom of each page:

• Check the general appearance of the page.  If possible try multiple browsers and screen resolutions.
• Read the text and vouch for its accuracy and relevance.
• Proofread for spelling, typos, grammar, etc.
• Check each link to be sure it points to a relevant and useful resource.
• Check to be sure that pull-down menus or other interactive form features work as they should.
• Confirm that your page conforms with site policies and standards.
