• Plans, coordinates, and develops the Access Services programs, including Circulation, Reserves, LINK+, and Stacks Management
• Coordinates library access and borrowing privileges for both campus and off-campus constituencies
• Coordinates collecting and reporting of library statistics
• Coordinates the hiring, training, and supervision of 25-30 students assistants
• Serves as Gallery Coordinator for the Library Lounge Gallery, a gallery reserved for exhibiting the artwork of Occidental College students and recent grads
