Undergraduates can make progress toward
the Level I credential as early as their Sophomore year. The
Education Department suggests the course sequence and timeline below.
Some undergraduates may choose to follow a different schedule to
accommodate Major requirements. In such cases, a counseling
session with a member of the Education faculty is recommended.
