Steve
Flansburg is a business lawyer in Denver, Colorado. At the
beginning of 2007, after 23 years with a regional law firm, Steve will form his
own professional firm. Steve's legal practice focuses on corporate and
commercial law, contracts, finance, intellectual property, technology and
non-profit entities. Following his graduation from Occidental College in 1978,
Steve attended law school at the University of Denver College of Law (J.D. 1985)
and attended the Daniels College of Business (M.B.A. 1985; information
technology specialization 2000). Steve is currently an adjunct professor at the
University of Denver College of Law (www.law.du.edu/flansburg).
Steve is married to Sara Flansburg (Ippel, class of 1979), and has two high
