Jeff and Elaine Chapman moved in Summer, 1999 to the Phoenix, AZ area. Jeff is now the Director of the School of Public Affairs at ASU and having a wonderful time fighting the PoliSci Department. His research area is still state and local public finance, although he is trying to puzzle out the Arizona system, having given up on California. On a personal note, his prostate cancer surgery seems to have been very successful. (2000)
