Summer Teaching Seminar/Workshop for First Year Faculty on "Revising a Course"

At the start of the summer after their first year of teaching, the first year faculty exchange ideas/feedback about their plans for revising a course that they will be teaching again soon. They also discuss various problems/difficulties they experienced in their courses during their first year. The workshop is followed by a dinner.
