The Director of the CTE is always available to consult with faculty about any aspect of a faculty member's teaching, and will sit in on individual classes upon request. Videotaping of a class can also be arranged, either for individual viewing by the faculty members, or as part of a "brainstorming session" with the Director. Again, by agreement with the Dean of the College, all conversations are strictly confidential. My goal is to try to be useful.
