Teachers Roundtable
The Teachers Roundtable is a
program where faculty participants will receive
compensation for agreeing to visit - in round-robin
fashion - each other's classes, and then meeting to talk
about effecting teaching and teaching pedagogy over
lunch four times during the semester. We
anticipate that these self-governing small group
partnerships will consist of four faculty each.
The intent and focus of this program is on the
development and discussion of teaching pedagogy, and NOT
on the evaluation of classroom performance. In
addition to providing compensation, the CTE will also
pay for the lunches. Twelve faculty are
participating in the spring semester 2008. Please
refer to the e-mail of October 22, 2007 for further
details. |
