On-Campus and Off-Campus Recruiting  

The Career Development Center invites employers to recruit Occidental College students for their full-time needs during the fall and spring semesters.  Due to our size, employers are welcome to recruit on-campus or off-campus at their convenience.

For the select number of employers that prefer to interview on-campus, the Career Development Center will arrange an interview schedule and advertise the opportunity to students.

Since we are a small campus and the number of students interviewing is proportionately small, many employers prefer to interview prospective candidates at their organization.  The Career Development Center requests that employers indicate if they prefer for students to forward resumes and cover letters directly to them or if they prefer to conduct a Resume Drop whereby the Career Development Center collects the documents and forwards them by a pre-selected date for the employer's review.

Whether you are interviewing on-campus or off-campus, the Career Development Center expects students who participate in recruitment activities to abide by the Center's Policies and Guidelines for On-Campus and Off-Campus Recruiting, so please review this document carefully.
