Alumni Sharing Knowledge (ASK) Network: User Agreement

The guidelines and policies listed below outline student/alumni expectations for utilizing the Alumni Directory for career-related purposes.  Registrants must abide to the guidelines herein when using the online resource.

1. The contact information is confidential and proprietary.  Students/alumni should respect this confidentiality and not share the information with others.
2. Students/alumni should be selective and thoughtful when contacting individuals.  The student/alumnus/a should also have a well thought out agenda for a professional presentation prior to making contact with an individual, and, if applicable, should have conducted research on the company and industry.
3. Students/alumni should never use contact information to mass mail resumes or letters.
4. The information will be used for career-related networking and information gathering only.
5. The contact information contained in the directory is as accurate and up-to-date as it can be.
