Linda Lyke, Los Angles artist and professor of art at Occidental College, is known for her printmaking, multicolored abstract monotypes and mixed media work. Linda has had fifteen one-person shows, and her prints have been juried into 80 national print and drawing exhibitions. She is represented in many private and public collections most recently in the Ian Potter Museum in Melbourne, Australia where she was an artist in residence at the Victorian College of art.

Her work explores two distinct artistic directions: one which investigates the intuitive process of abstraction and the other which references a cultural history that reflects on a specific place over time.
